Conference Booking / Abstract Submission Form

This form is for Corporate, Academic, Student and Family conference attendees, and for abstract submissions.

The prices below are PER PERSON and include: 4 days conference admission and 4 nights full-board accommodation. Family members have the option of just attending the 2 day parent sessions on the 30th/31st March if they wish.

To register, please enter your information in the boxes below and once you click on the 'Make your Booking' button you will then receive an e-mail confirming your registration and proceed to a second page where you can either pay via PayPal (preferred) or chose if you would like us to send you an invoice so that you can pay via bank transfer. You can upload an abstract via this page, or alternatively if you have already registered and/or want to submit more than one abstract, please click on the Abstract Submission link. Please note that prices will increase after 30th November 2011.

1. For guests who are accompanying a conference attendee there is a daily fee of £80 to cover food and accommodation. Please choose whether you need this for 2 or 4 days.
2. For people who are attending the conference, but do not require accommodation at the venue there is a daily fee of £80. Please choose whether you need this for 2 or 4 days.
